I've Been Where You Are

At 56, I had high blood pressure, a body I didn't recognize, and a pile of programs that hadn't delivered on their promises. I wasn't starting from a place of ease — I was starting from a place of frustration, just like the women I work with.

Over the years, I did the research. I got certified. I became obsessive about what the science actually says about women's bodies after menopause — about muscle, metabolism, bone health, and how plant-based nutrition fits into all of it. And I applied every bit of it to my own life.

By 59, I had lost 45 pounds, reversed high blood pressure, and was featured in STRONG Magazine. Not because I found a better diet. Because I finally understood what my body needed — and built a framework around that reality.

That's what the Midlife Health Reset is: everything I learned, distilled into a 16-week coaching experience built specifically for women like you. I bring 30+ years of leadership experience, deep nutrition and fitness expertise, and the lived experience of doing this work myself.

Will I lose weight in this program?

If weight loss is your goal, this program was created for you. Most women who join want to lose a certain number of pounds — and many do. But here's what sets this apart: we don't chase the scale. We focus on smart, sustainable strategies that support fat loss, build lean muscle, and improve how your body feels and functions — not just what it weighs.

We'll track your progress each week and make adjustments based on your body, your goals, and how you're responding. Do I guarantee a specific number on the scale? No. Every woman's body is different, and real, lasting results take time. But I do promise this: you'll walk away with measurable progress, a deep understanding of what works for you, and the confidence to sustain it long after the program ends.

Many women start out focused on what they want to lose. They leave celebrating everything they've gained: strength, energy, and a lifestyle they love.

Will I have to track my food? I've tried that and didn't like it.

Yes, tracking is part of the process, but it's not forever, and it's not meant to be obsessive. Most women I work with already eat "healthy," but they're still frustrated by the lack of results. Tracking takes the guesswork out. It helps us understand your current habits, meet your protein and calorie goals, and give you back a sense of control.

We use Cronometer specifically — not just as a calorie counter, but because it tracks up to 92 nutrients, including the ones most critical for women on a plant-based approach: B12, vitamin D, calcium, zinc, and omega-3s. We'll start exactly where you are — even if that means bodyweight exercises or light dumbbells — and build your strength and confidence gradually. Love cardio? 16 weeks seems like a long time. Do I really need that much support?

If you've tried quick fixes before, you already know — they don't last. That's why this isn't a crash course. It's a smart, strategic reset built for real, lasting change. Sixteen weeks gives us the time to layer in new habits gradually: improving your nutrition, building strength, and supporting your energy and metabolism in ways that work with your body, not against it.

Do I have to be plant-based to work with you?

Not at all. I coach women who are already plant-based, transitioning, or simply curious about including more plant-forward meals to support their health, energy, and weight goals. That said, if you're looking for a program built around animal-based proteins, I'm probably not your person — my expertise lies in helping women over 50 thrive with a plant-based approach, and that's where I get the best results.
